Products

Two products. Both live, both sold directly.

One company builds both, which means one set of legal documents, one account to pay from, and one place to write to when something breaks.

dviilo

A voice AI platform for businesses that miss calls.

A business sets up a desk — sales, support, HR — and the agent behind that desk works a real phone number. It answers calls that come in, and it places the ones that have to go out: the follow-up, the reminder, the call that confirms a detail. It speaks English and Hindi and the mix of the two that most Indian conversations actually run on, and it switches between them without being asked to.

The agent is wired into the tools the business already runs, so it can look something up while the caller is still on the line instead of promising to call back. Every call opens by saying that it is AI-assisted and that it is being recorded, before anything else is said.

  • Web dashboard for setting up desks, numbers and voices
  • Android app; an iOS app is being built
  • Built for Indian numbers, and for Hindi, English and the mix

MockRun

AI mock interviews, for people with a real one coming up.

You book a slot and take the interview over a call. The interviewer is an AI, which is the point: it is available at eleven at night the week before the real thing, it does not get bored on the fourth run, and it does not go easy on you because it knows you.

MockRun is sold to the person taking the interview, not to a company, and it shares nothing with dviilo but the company that builds it.

  • Book a slot, take the interview over a call
  • Sold directly to the person preparing, not to an employer

Legal

One set of documents covers both.

Privacy, terms and data safety are published for the company on legal.shivankit.com, not per product, and were last updated 18 September 2026.

That is the arrangement Stripe, Google Play, the App Store and Google's OAuth review all record against the account. Keeping it on a company host means renaming a product cannot break a URL that somebody else has on file.
